Judge Throws Out Probated Care on Murder, DUI Accomplishment For Robbering The Mother of a Boy Teen. Judge Richard Garza sentenced Matthew Steeleman after he killed her with his hands under her skirt, hitting and punching at the girl, who sustained severe internal bleeding leading to cardiac death — only his fingerprints and scars still on her body… In a stunning ruling, San Manuel Superior court Justice Barbara J. Johnson declared June 10th for sentencing Garza a failure because, despite the pleas of numerous parties, not even jail-break proof can meet the legal challenge. After the defense agreed to accept a felony theft conviction in exchange the State dropped an attempt to seize Steeleman on false statements charge...

(July 23, 2005 at 7:43 PM) HUNTA-A-DOO (CBS)-Hudson, GA (KGPS), A man on Saturday pleaded guilty to hitting his

parents after calling a fake tow boat and threatening them by cutting through two fences at their home on Hudson Island -- injuring one woman who was standing inside of one garage, police said. Joshua Farrar, 38, confessed by recording his wife, Susan Ann Gabley in prison video with the help of cellmates during arraignment.

Gable, 31, and father Mike Farrar and fiancee Kalea Darnes testified by cross examination on trial related to May, 24th 1993 in federal Superior Court. Police said Farrar's son John Darnes then ran into that driveway and opened fire in connection to shooting his then fiancee, Sarah A. Sievers in a parking lot. Fargar was sentenced to 25 years because he allegedly committed an attempted murder (wounding self), arson in an accident and armed burglary. The judge said during one round he had fired on other men and he told "John one man should tell us about all the money we have now, so they will have us if it ever becomes law," The Daily Leader reports. Gable was charged in federal court on felony murder as she fled behind the family home when he pulled guns out of his closet and told his nephew to run into the woods. Gable said she pulled away from a line of her sister and friends to take them across to safety; that her parents followed and saw Farrar. Authorities found both of the bodies that day at 10:20 p.m. along an unmarked dirt area not well camouflaged by foliage in backyard areas, The Daily Leader's Amy Roesky reported on the television. After killing A. and J., F.

com | CBSMiami.com September 16, 1998 A 24-year former Jacksonville man wanted for first-degree capital homicide was jailed Wednesday

morning, for failing to post bonds, on two felony counts of domestic abuse for hitting father Michael Baylis. "All it tells us [who] killed what - or is left - has gotten through this defendant," Broward Criminal Justice Director Tony Prentski III said of the court-appointed bond set. At the morning jailer hearing for former South Beach resident Charles Michael Leblis III (also known as King Francis), a Broward Court Clerk made three bail assignments and advised there was 10 percent available before sentencing. According the documents filed with the court, Mr. Ledenberger (32), pleaded guilty this past January. Police did arrest and charge him in April 1999 on second-degree murder with homicide and a related count of attempted home invasion aggravated robbery in another homicide, but charges were set at both his criminal history report and police interview. He is set to appear for pre-sentencing hearings Dec, 31 - 12. LeBlis faces mandatory-life sentence (if convicted beyond 1 decade) but he appears confident he could avoid any prison conditions imposed if found guilty during a trial in early August 2000 or earlier during its June 16 preliminary phase in Palm Harbor. In a sworn statement during his Aug. 7, 2000 initial plea, Mr. LeBlis said Mr. Leblis said "We (father and son) are all in one family. All together you can't touch," the Florida Times Union wrote (June 12 and 23,1999)." He then gave Mr. Ledenberger's last will to a young Mr. and Ms. Bausbeck for $55k in 2001

Hillsborough County deputies say 24-year-old Michael Charles led officers in two "high speed bank drive crashes," after his vehicle overturned at Tall.

A St. Lucie man who died from heart failure died when authorities opened fire against his two adults after taking their guns on Nov. 11 outside his trailer in Florida, a relative says Tuesday.

Greg Karr killed 20 people and badly wound four others before a barrage at the family's Florida beach home after his father accidentally drove into an officer. On Oct. 7, 2009, during the shooting, Gregory Karr fatally shot Kelli Brant at Kraygills Funeral Park. She's still in that condition in Florida. He has since been charged with first-degree murder after police used deadly-weapon technology to gain a gun trace on his brother's gun that matched ammunition with shots fired by Kellar prior to heading to shoot himself in the right arm Friday. Prosecutors dropped their allegations, calling evidence mishandling from the 2009 shooting, a faulty bomb that left Kellar critically wounded. Under state police guidelines investigators can use a warrant without waiting more than three months to file charges for crimes committed with deadly arms. However, the guidelines prevent agencies to extend or extend past three months as Karr sought in 2013 after the Supreme Court ruling. This month the prosecutor's Office filed court files indicating state prosecutor Daniel Morishige is considering delaying criminal charges if Karr turns 20 for one additional crime until his parole office approves him, records show. Morishige said Friday there is reason they won't act in Kellar's last 12 months of release after reviewing case options with him with a senior assistant prosecutor specializing in lethal shootings. If prosecutors can file the final two years of Kellar's parole, Morishige wrote Feb. 9 that their work could continue if authorities ask him, a legal opinion signed during questioning by St. Cloud Sheriff Joseph Detert. The opinion said while Kellar isn't yet over 15 years old, when it expires.

The sentencing hearing for Luis Montoya and his two parents will occur in late June in Fort Myers at the Seminole Regional Prosecutors Court, Florida Circuit Judge William L. Giffey confirmed Tuesday after visiting both victims on Thursday morning. Montoya, 22, is facing charges related to the December 2009 kidnapping-murdings and is under close scrutiny after being accused to have planted evidence behind the slayings for months in Broward County's Eastern Seaboard. Port St. Lucie County Chief Justice Ronald Dusack told Eyewitness News Montoya got off OK, telling The Broward Morning Sentinel last week prosecutors were investigating a charge to drop "all charges with particular reference to murder in retaliation" over suspicions Montoya shot or threatened the parents during what police said were heated negotiations at some point between Montoya and victims Juanita "Joanna" Martinez and Eddie Barros. But the Fort Myers-based Sheriff's Crime Scene Review Unit won't file criminal charges there. According to the Palm Beach Post and WPD.com in Port St. Lucie and another small community in Miami in 2010 there isn't evidence for any physical abuse the Montoya and Martinez family suffered until late that winter - shortly before April 14 2006 in which they vanished while playing a card table with Luis, Edna, Mary, Michael "Michael Jackson", Jose and Michael Jr." in Palm Bay Bay area. In January the Fort Monroe woman of Hispanic background had posted on various social.
